Bilingual Personal Lines Sales Representative

Description

The Personal Lines Sales Representative is an inside sales position that assists customers via incoming phone calls by quoting, recommending, reviewing and binding insurance coverage to meet their individual needs. Assist in servicing and monitoring prospective and current customers. Prepare, process, review and monitor various documents such as policies, renewals, claims, applications, changes, endorsements, binders, contracts, etc. to ensure accuracy; prevention of errors and omissions. Maintain insurance transaction records. Prepare, compile and process various data, reports, correspondence and documentation. Create and maintain computer files and suspense for follow-up action. Assist in the collection of underwriting and renewal information from the client and submission to the appropriate company representative. Property and Casualty License. (This is an inside sales position in the CAO - Central Agency Office).

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. General knowledge of insurance products and services. Good customer service, oral and written communication skills.

Property and Casualty License preferred but not required.
Call center experience a plus
Demonstrated computer proficiency with the ability to maneuver and navigate between screens and programs.
Demonstrated sales ability.
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
