Job Description: CNO Financial Group has an opening for a Customer Service Representative for the Agent Care Call Center. Call Center Reps will demonstrate excellent customer service skills when responding to phone inquiries from Field Agents across the country. Call Center Reps will work within multiple computer systems and with resources in other departments to retrieve information and solve agent issues.
Responsibilities Include:
Providing excellent customer service while answering inbound phone calls from company agents nationwide.
Providing information to agents, and helping resolve their issues in the areas of policy change, licensing, commissions, claims, and new business.
Communicating with inter-departmental resources to obtain additional information when needed, and returning calls within a reasonable timeframe.
Working on special projects as needed.
Qualifications/skills required:
Self motivation and the ability to organize and prioritize time effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
An eagerness to learn about CNO's products, procedures, and the insurance industry in general.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.
Impeccable customer service skills including a professional demeanor and courteous phone etiquette.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Insurance or Customer Service experience is a plus.
