Job: Cleaner, Non-Union, Downtown - (Carl/RadioOne)

Jobing Description

Clean and maintain areas as assigned and as directed. Tasks include trashing, wiping, polishing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping. Regular 6 hour shift with paid break or other work schedule as indicated by supervisor. Vacuum cleaner, supply cart, trash barrel, mop and bucket, brooms, scrapers, spray bottles, brushes, ladder, dust wand, and dust mops. Empty trash and recyclables and separate appropriately if required. Replace trash and recyclable bin liners, dust all high and low surfaces (wall, partitions, chairs, tables, furniture, etc. vacuum carpeted surfaces, maintain vacuum cleaner, sweep and wet mop floors as required, spot clean soiled surfaces, sanitize telephones, maintain organization of supplies and clean janitor closet as needed. Perform all job duties as requested by Supervisor and/or Customer. Hours are from 5:30pm - 11:30pm (Mon-Fri) Must provide a criminal background check and pass an social security check.
