CNC Machinist Job Description:

CNC Machinist

We currently have immediate openings for CNC Machinists in the Indianapolis area.

These individuals will be responsible for operating, setting up and editing programs on CNC Mills and Lathes throughout the facilities. These positions are long term contract to hire positions.

Major Job Duties:

*Taking a blueprint and creating a part to spec.
*Performing change outs on CNC Mills and Lathes in order to build proper parts.
*Editing programs to ensure parts on made properly.
*Performing operation of other machines in the facility.

Job Requirements and qualifications:

*3+ years of operating, setting up, and editing programs on CNC Machines.
*Experience in job shop environment is a plus, but not required.
*Any experience with maintenance of machines or welding is a plus, but not required.
*Ability to use micrometers and calipers to do quality checks.
*Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.

These positions are contract to hire and we have openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
