Continuing Education Coordinator

SUMMARY:
Supports the Continuing Education process by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Work within a training team environment
File appropriate paperwork for new instructor certifications
Schedule new and existing courses
Complete required paperwork and payments
Process rosters
Create and distribute certificates of completion for participants
Order catering for training classes if applicable
File continuing education credits for participants
Provide hotline/help line support
Assist with process documentation and process improvement

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

Minimum of 3 to 5+ years administration experience and direct customer contact
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience coordinating continuing education processes and state filings
Learning Management System experience a plus
Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Must be highly customer service driven and team oriented
Possess the ability to remain flexible and adaptable to constant change
Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with others
Have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook
Be able to multi-task and prioritize work requirements
Self-starter and the willingness to resolve issues and find solutions with little guidance
