Job: Director Product and Consumer Solutions

Description The Director Product and Consumer Solutions is responsible for management, development and coordination of Life and Annuity product marketing materials to support field partners and drive premiums within the distribution sales force. This role will develop and implement segmentation strategy to support the consumer and retention goals including: marketing programs, cross-sell and up-sell campaigns and policyholder communications. The Director Product and Consumer Solutions will champion segmentation strategy and product and consumer market strategy. This role manages a team and collaborates with Corporate Marketing to set strategy and content for sales collateral including: new product introductions, promotional consumer programs and segment materials.

Requirements The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5-7 years product and consumer segmentation experience within the financial services industry. Life and Annuity product knowledge and experience managing a team is required. Candidate should have extensive experience in project management, strategy execution, presentations, understanding demographic data and market competitive intelligence and writing for the consumer. A Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) license is preferred.
