People within Application Outsourcing are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. As part of our Application Outsourcing team, you could be helping to provide the programming, management and maintenance services needed to implement and support installations of both custom and packaged application software

Job Description
- Design, code, component and assembly test new development, maintenance and enhancement requests
- Production support. Responsibilities include acting as primary or secondary support analyst, trouble shooting production issues and investigating and correcting production defects.
- Track performance and report progress against work package and team goals.
- Participate in process improvement efforts.
- Participate actively as a member of the team.
- Build strong relationships with the business partners.
- Develop overall and in-depth understanding of Develop and Maintain 'owned' deliverables
- Lead and mentor team members as appropriate
- Execute Project Lead and Support Lead activities as prescribed in the team definition of these role

The Software Developer designs and develops software systems to meet with market and/or client requirements. The Software Developer may be involved on projects end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system or only for a specific phase of the lifecycle.
The Software Developer has a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used, internal and externally-based methodologies, standards, processes and tools, as well as applications/products supported by the entity he/she supports.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
2. Ability to work unsupervised
3. 1-2 Years experience in Microsoft Office Products such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
4. 1-2 years experience developing with OpenText Workflows.
5. 1-2 years experience in SQL Skills
6. Understand the application development lifecycle

Additional Preferred Skill Requirements:
Programming experience in ASP.Net or VB.net.
Ability & desire to learn people / project management skills
Database analysis ability
