Jobing Description
-Retail Optical network recruitment
-Responsible for managing OptumHealth Vision's business relationships with assigned Retail Optical Network Providers within the U.S.
-Develops and services existing and new Retail Optical Providers, makes business review and new program presentations, creates business plans, develops strategies and responds to Provider needs.
-Meets or exceeds established cost targets for assigned retailers.
-Ensures that contracted rates and reimbursement policies are applied accurately.
-Works with both internal and external customers to identify and resolve complex problems.
-When necessary, develops the retail provider network yielding a geographically competitive, broad access, stable network that achieves financial objectives
-Evaluates and negotiates contracts in compliance with company contract templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process controls
-Establishes and maintains strong business relationships with providers, and ensures the network composition includes an appropriate hybrid distribution of independent and retail Optical providers

Skills / Requirements
-Undergraduate degree preferred
-3 to 5 years of experience working in a optical industry or managed healthcare environment preferred
-Proven contract negotiation skills/experience with managed healthcare providers
-Ability to present data in a concise manner to multiple internal and external business partners
-Proficient user of MS Word, MS Excel
- MS Access is a plus
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
