The Opportunity:
IST is looking for friendly, service-oriented, customer focused receptionist with a passion for excellence. This candidate should demonstrate exceptional customer service skills as well as be able to work in a professional atmosphere. Business dress is required. We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities to advance toward supervisor, assistant manager and site manager positions.

Key Responsibilities may include:
Answering telephones and greeting guests in an exceptional positive way
Operating mailing, copy and fax equipment
Providing high levels of customer care and a friendly, cooperative attitude
Typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sending and receiving faxes, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned
Shipping & Receiving
Ordering supplies
Updating employee lists
Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper
Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages
Maintain copier equipment
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
Take direction from supervisor or site manager
Participate in cross-training
Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
Adhere to all safety procedures
Perform other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements :

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
1 year customer service related experience preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor
Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
A valid driver s license and reliable transportation to and from work
Capable of lifting up to 55 pounds
Standing for long periods of time
Significant walking
Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
