Position Details We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Senior RF Engineer to join our Indianapolis, Indiana team developing state of the art Communications Test & Measurement products. The candidate will work in the full lifecycle development including: Requirements Design Implementation Test Release Maintenance. The candidate will work in a small team environment developing products for the Cable Television market. The candidate must possess strong board level design and troubleshooting skills. In addition, experience in developing system level architectures is highly desired. The candidate must have experience in Analog/Mixed signal, Receiver/Transmitter, and PLL/oscillator design in circuits up to 2.5 GHz. The candidate must be experienced in design for test and manufacturing.
Required Qualifications To qualify, you must possess the following traits:

- BSEE or equivalent (required), advanced engineering degree (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with RF simulation tools (Genesys, Spice, or equivalent)
- Experience with laboratory measurement tools (Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to design and troubleshoot board level RF circuits up to 2.5 GHz
- Possess strong written and oral communications skills
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills and abilities

Additional Skills (preferred)
- Experience with system level simulation (SystemVue, SimuLink, or equivalent)
