Position Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility provides new business sales support for functions related to new business/presales activities. The person in this position possesses expertise in all major and secondary task, has frequent interaction with external brokers and/or agencies and conducts trouble shooting and training functions associated with job related task. Scubs all NB submissions. Communicate/obtain missing information to broker.

• Submit group to UW upon receipt of all required info


• Submits cases to rating or runs UeS quote


• Submit group to Case Installation upon receipt of UW approval


• Update tracking system with case info


• Create new business file


• Good data entry skills - accuracy a must

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Excellent word processing and computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe


• 1+ years of experience or demonstrated customer service skills in a professional business environment


• Prior experience in healthcare industry preferred


• Focused on results, organized and analytical thinker


• Experience or demonstrate customer service skills in a professional business environment


• Extremely detailed oriented


• Ability to both organize and prioritize work


• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment


• Ability to handle high stress situations and tight deadlines
