Position Description:


Responsible for the daily administrative support of the Indiana site. This includes supporting the sales, network and clinical teams.

Key responsibilities include: act as the site's BSL; enter leads; master and manage sales database (bConnected); submit member changes; process member and doctor eligibility reports; process applications; assign activities and maintain compliance files; on-board NP's; master and manage changes in the clinical medical records (CareOne); handle benefits determination; maintain various reports; coordinate member retention efforts; coordinate supplies and giveaways.

Skills / Requirements


Qualifications:


  • HS Diploma or GED is required.

  • Proficient user skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point is required

  • Previous Healthcare industry experience and/or experience working in nursing homes or long term care facilities.

  • Must have an Indiana Health License or willing to obtain one within the first 6 months of employment.

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
