Job Title: Sr. Analyst, Structural Products
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Overview: Performs a wide variety of administrative and technical assignments to include: assist in the development of a document/configuration control system, manage engineering data, develop and issue procedures that will maintain and control the system to ensure accuracy and consistency. Assist in the development of a man-hour project control system, manage bidding, manpower forecasting and profitability. Develop and issue procedures that will maintain and control the system to ensure accuracy and consistency, as well as develop and maintain measurements of goals used to improve efficiencies. Exercises administrative judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences and results having an impact on people, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area.
Education/
Experience: Associate s degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school; or a minimum of four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of engineering documentation and configuration control a plus.
General
Comments: Manage and control the release and storage of engineering data. Develop and issue procedures that will maintain and control the system to ensure accuracy and consistency and will meet FAA requirements. Work with the AAR Staff to develop a functional and efficient system to manage Engineering Data.Develop Measurement reports for Financial and Operational Performance for Engineering and Structural Products. Maintain reports and perform administrative and technical duties which require a knowledge of department, facility, and the company along with current policies, practices and procedures. Perform diversified duties including reports preparation, data collection, trend analysis, reconciliation reports, and business and process documentation. May work on confidential or sensitive information, typically of a technical or proprietary nature.
