Web Content Internship
The Digital Department of Emmis Communications Indianapolis is seeking motivated,
creative, inventive and excited students to apply for an internship with all four of our
radio brands websites:WFNI-AM, WIBC-FM, WLHK-FM and WYXB-FM.
Interns will learn from our digital team and assist in creating unique video, audio and
written content that relates to the station brands and is made available on our station
websites.
Shadowing and Development Opportunities Include:
* Photography
* Research
* Writing
* Graphic Design
* Video (shooting, editing, etc.)
Internship Guidelines:
* Internships are unpaid, and available only to students attending accredited academic institutions
* Students must be available a minimum of 10 hours per week (135 hours for the semester)
* Communications, TV, and Digital Media Majors are preferred
Desired Skills:
* Knowledge of the Emmis Indianapolis radio stations
* Knowledge of new media
* Knowledge of the internet and ability to research
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel andWord
* Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Final Cut, and Visual Studio
