Our Faurecia Clean Mobility Business Group – North America Operations (NAO) Division is looking for a VIE Talent Hub Recruiter m/f for its Columbus plants in Columbus, Indiana, USA.

The main missions of the role are:
Responsible for supporting Columbus HR teams and conducting full life-cycle recruitment to meet the current recruitment needs across hourly/operations job functions at the Columbus plant(s) operations.
Conduct recruitment activities in accordance with the Faurecia Recruitment Management System and associated Faurecia Core Procedures.
Responsibilities in this area will include definition of the need, sourcing, selection and offer extension
The length of the VIE is 12 months.
The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world. Becoming part of this program means going abroad to carry out a professional assignment for up to 24 months whilst benefiting from social care coverage and an interesting salary which depends on the host country. The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study.
- Fluent in English
- Previous exposure to hourly sourcing and selection
- Ability to build a strong external network of recruitment experts and resources
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects at once
- Ability to manage multiple technologies including but not limited to Office Suite, several social media platforms, HRIS, and job boards
