Job Description

Jeffersonville PVcells Corporation is seeking an Equipment Engineer for its Jeffersonville, IN office. Job Duties: Perform regular maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment used in solar cell production. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions. Maintain detailed records of equipment issues, repairs, and maintenance activities. Responsible for machine move-in, setup and operations before hand over to manufacturing. Analyze equipment performance and identify areas for improvement. Oversee the installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment. Provide technical support and guidance to production staff regarding equipment operation and maintenance. Maintain accurate documentation of equipment specifications, maintenance schedules, and repair activities. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments related to equipment operation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and manufacturing processes. Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Experience Requirements: Four (4) years of experience in each of the following: "\tUtilizing automation and control systems for compliance and safety

"\tIdentifying equipment issues using diagnostic tools and maintenance software

"\tWorking in equipment maintenance, cell manufacturing, or related environment

"\tCreating equipment training material and training programs to ensure technicians achieve and maintain required competency levels
