Job Description

Jeffersonville PVcells Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for its Jeffersonville, IN office.

Job Duties: Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals in collaboration with 

senior management. Address complex employee relations issues, including conducting thorough and objective investigations, and provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Support talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding. Facilitate career development, succession planning, and employee development programs. Drive the performance management process by providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, performance reviews, and development plans. Assist in the design and implementation of organizational change initiatives and support culture and engagement efforts to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. Ensure HR practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and drive business decisions. Identify training needs and create or coordinate learning opportunities to address skill gaps and promote professional growth.


Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Human Resource Management or a related field


Experience Requirements: One (1) year of experience in each of the following:


" Preparing reports, supporting annual reviews, and collaborating with payroll teams

" Handling immigration processes and ensuring compliance for all foreign employees and visitors 

" Designing employee training courses to set up systemized and structured employee training for different level employees, including overall compliance and safety courses in a manufacturing environment 

" Supporting end-to-end talent acquisition process, including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding 

" Assisting in the design and implantation of organizational change initiatives and supporting employee engagement programs

" Generating HR reports and familiarity with HRIS system, ADP, Workday, doing HR analysis and workforce projection
