Industrial Production Manager

Industrial Production Manager for Aeromind LLC d/b/a SILCA in Indianapolis, IN to dvlp & implmt production tracking & QC systems, analyzing production, QC, maintenance, & other operational reports to detect production problems. Oversee & coord all production processes, incl planning for raw material procurement, production planning, mfg, & QC of final products. Dsgn & implmt process optimization strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, & product quality. Manage the warehousing & dispatch of goods & oversee the implmtn of occupational health & safety policies & procedures in the factory & warehouse. Identify process improvement opportunities & propose solutions; report to CEO the performance of the operation & submit periodic reports on the status of production, inventory, & on-time delivery performance. Must have a Bach's deg in industrial engg, materials engg, its foreign equiv or related engg deg & 2 yrs exp in operations/mfg of products w/ int'l distribution. Work exp must incl knowl in handling specialized inventory systems (fishbowl, SAP, Monday) & QC, & knowl of occupational health & safety.
