Senior Supply Chain Manager

Jeffersonville PVcells Corporation is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager for its Jeffersonville, IN office.

Job Duties: Responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products. Develop comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of supply chain professionals to achieve departmental and organizational targets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and optimization to minimize stockouts while maximizing inventory turnover. Implement strategies to optimize transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the supply chain operations. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies in all supply chain activities. 10% domestic travel required.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience Requirements: Two (2) years of experience in each of the following:

" Supplier development, training, and performance management

" Inventory control, logistics monitoring, and continuous process improvement

" Developing and executing strategic purchasing plans (BOM and general purchasing)

" Strategic planning, production planning, and cost optimization to meet business targets

" Establishing and enforcing purchasing policies and approving purchases within authority limits
