JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Force Administrator forms the framework technologically for our operations teams. This position is responsible for maintaining, designing, and securing the systems that Orbis Education utilizes for our business. This role is a core member of the business analytics team.  He/she must be equipped and able to work in a dynamic and rapidly expanding environment. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversight of infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Continual maintenance of security, including backup and redundancy strategies
  • Consistently and successfully provide 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Excellence in communication as a liaison with vendors and other IT personnel to resolve issues
  • Ability to work with varying levels of business units and technical acumen
  • Desire to work alongside the team to help design information and operational support systems
  • Ability to see potential issues and proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure accessibility
  • Determine business needs of operating groups to establish solutions systematically
  • Documentation and upkeep of all SOPs related to operations systems
  • Developing ad-hoc reporting based on business unit needs

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Salesforce Administration Certification required; Salesforce developer certification is a major plus
  • DBA experience preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of VOIP systems and integrations
  • Proven ability to successfully and efficiently monitor systems
  • Ability to work independently
  • Adept at providing business solutions to affected stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Initiative taking is a must in this position
  • Customer Service constant state of mind
  • Technical documentation experience preferred
